Positioner on two column and boom for extremely heavy-duty work. With this D-TLP-DC Top Line welding manipulator from Dumeta, it is possible to tilt the workpiece 360°. The rotary-tilting tables are available with capacities ranging from 5,000 kg to 100 metric tons. The D-TLP-DC welding manipulator is THE rotary-tilting table for true “heavy-duty” work!

Thanks to its unique design, this positioner has a greater reach and is equipped with Siemens and Yaskawa electronic components. The table’s rotation speed is infinitely variable, and its heavy-duty construction gives the D-TLP-DC positioner exceptional stability. This heavy-duty positioner is also available for rent. DUMETA® D-TLP-DC welding rotary tables can both tilt and rotate a workpiece 360°. You can optimally position your workpiece and rotate it at the desired speed. Also, the positioner can be equipped with mechanical or hydraulic height adjustment. This will significantly improve productivity, welding quality and ergonomics. The rotation speed of the table is infinitely adjustable and due to the heavy construction, the D-TLP-DC positioner features a very high stability.
