Pipe rotation systems

Welders use pipe rotation systems to easily clamp, rotate and tilt pipes and other round profiles. This solution is mainly used in the field of pipe construction (prefabrication and on-site assembly), in shipyards and in central heating construction. The pipe protractor features a fast, accurate centering and clamping system, without a chuck. You can use this DUMETA® machine for a wide range of workpieces; pipes with bends, tees or other parts. Due to the separate drive unit, the stepless speed is not affected by the pipe size and the tilting moment is irrelevant in most cases. Simply clamp the pipe at the center of gravity. Most welding tasks become easier and more ergonomic. Which in turn contributes to better physical fitness and a reduction in production time.
