Positioner on two column and boom for very heavy work. With this welding manipulator D-TLP-DC Top Line from Dumeta it is possible to tilt the workpiece 360°. The turn-tilt table are available from 5,000 kg capacity up to 200 tons. The welding manipulator D-TLP-DC is THE turn-tilt table for real heavy-duty work!

Due to its unique concept, this positioner has a larger discharge and is equipped with Siemens and Yaskawa electronic equipment. The rotation speed of the table is infinitely adjustable and due to its heavy-duty construction, the D-TLP-DC positioner has a very high stability. This heavy-duty positioner can also be rented. D-TLP-DC positioners are available from 5,000 kg capacity up to 200 tons and of course a D-TLP-DC positioner can be designed and built to your own requirements.

DUMETA® D-TLP-DC welding rotary tables can both tilt and rotate a workpiece 360°. You can optimally position your workpiece and rotate it at the desired speed. Also, the positioner can be equipped with mechanical or hydraulic height adjustment. This will significantly improve productivity, welding quality and ergonomics. The rotation speed of the table is infinitely adjustable and due to the heavy construction, the D-TLP-DC positioner features a very high stability.
